The Patrician is found in beautiful Palm Beach, Florida.  We are a condominium complex with breathtaking Ocean and Intracoastal views. Our owners enjoy this lovely Florida styled art-deco architecture as either a retreat or permanent home to our Beach Getaway! 

And true to its name, the Patrician is belonging to or characteristic of the aristocracy.  It is truly noble, grandee, well-born, and landed, with a community that is warm, friendly, diverse, and inviting.
